Connectors
A connector is anything Gray can read from or act on — Gmail, Shopify, GitHub, Notion, your servers, and 30+ others.
How connecting works
Section titled “How connecting works”- Open Settings → Connections.
- Tap the service you want to connect.
- Sign in to that service. Gray gets a scoped token.
- The brain can now read and (where allowed) act on that service.
Most connectors use OAuth — you sign in, you don’t paste keys. Some use API keys (Shopify, Cloudflare, Vercel). A few are local-only.
What Gray will do without asking

What Gray always asks before doing

What Gray will never do
Section titled “What Gray will never do”- Touch your OpenAI or Anthropic keys. Those stay inside Gray’s billing.
- Run a connector you didn’t connect.
- Share data between connectors without telling you.
Disconnecting
Section titled “Disconnecting”Settings → Connections → tap the service → Disconnect. The token is revoked on Gray’s side; you should also revoke it inside the service for total cleanup.
