Chat

Chat is voice without the voice.

Tap the keyboard icon at the bottom of the Talk tab and type. Same brain, same memory, same connectors — just no microphone.

Why use chat

• You’re in a meeting, library, or coffee shop.
• The answer is long and you’d rather read it.
• You need to paste a URL, code snippet, or specific text.
• You want a quiet read of what Gray’s working on.

Mixing voice and chat

You can switch mid-conversation. Say something, then type a follow-up. Gray treats them as one continuous thread.
