Talk

Talk is Gray’s home tab: a single conversation feed where your asks, Gray’s replies, live agent consoles, and result cards all land in order.

  • Your turns — what you said or typed.
  • Gray’s turns — plain prose, written out as it speaks.
  • Agent lanes — live console cards. Each parallel job gets its own lane showing the commands as they run, ending in EXIT 0 and a summary.
  • Result cards — files, charts, and previews ease in when a reply lands. Tap to open the full view.

If you scroll up while Gray is replying, the feed stops yanking you down — a ↓ new reply pill appears instead.

Tap a skill in Me → Skills and it opens here — a capsule under the wordmark (blue dot, the skill’s name) confirms your box loaded it into the conversation. dismisses it; a new conversation drops the skill entirely. You can also just say a skill’s name mid-conversation — the capsule only tracks the ones you open from Skills.

Ask for two things and you get two lanes running at once. The header pill (“2 AGENTS · 1 NEEDS YOU”) opens the agents sheet — every lane with its state, tap one to focus, Stop all agents at the bottom.

How many lanes can run at once depends on your plan.

Hold the orb to interrupt while Gray is speaking or working. Everything in-flight freezes exactly where it is until you let go — your turn.

Tap a lane (or a needs-you gate) to drill into a full-screen console for that agent. The red approval gate always pulls focus — see Approvals.

The keyboard is always one tap away. Type instead of speak whenever you like; the same feed, the same agents, no separate “chat” surface.
